通过命令提示符登录到Plesk服务器并运行“telnet localhost 110”(143),如果Plesk POP3/IMAP服务在工作,将会输出一个登录会话如下:

# telnet localhost 110

Connected to localhost.localdomain (127.0.0.1).

+OK Hello there.
user USER@DOMAIN.TLD
+OK Password required.
pass PASSWORD
+OK logged in.
list
+OK POP3 clients that break here, they violate STD53.

检查是否courier-imap正在运行

ps ax | grep courier

如果您没有看见任何输出,试着启动Courier-imap,通过Plesk控制面板或者命令行:"$PRODUCT_RC_D/courier-imap start"。检查/var/log/message和$PRODUCT_ROOT_D/var/log/maillog以找到可能的启动错误。
