After deleting a registered authenticated database from Parallels Virtual Automation (PVA),
it is impossible to register any LDAP or AD database in PVA.

The following error is displayed:
Error: Failed to add authentication database.

Please check if there are any cache files (vzl.voc.cache, vzagent.cache, vzagent.sid.cache) in the directories:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Parallels Virtual Automation\Management Server\Data
    C:\Program Files\Parallels\Parallels Virtual Automation\Management Server\Data

And in any of their sub-directories.

Move any cache files to another directory and restart the PVA MN service:

On Linux: Use "pvamn restart" command.
On Windows: Execute these commands:

C:\>sc stop pvamn
C:\>sc start pvamn

or restart the whole PVA MN server.

Now retry adding the database.
