  • Applies to:
  • Plesk 10.x for Linux
  • Plesk 10.x for Windows

Additional information

The following changes were made in Parallels Plesk Panel 10.x since version 9.x:

1. It is possible to create only one autoresponder (auto-reply) on the mailname
2. Autoresponder (auto-reply) has no “name”; it is just a property of the mailname
3. If there were several autoresponders on the mailname in Plesk 9.x, then after the upgrade to Plesk 10.x, the first active autoresponder will be recognized as the autoresponder (auto-reply) on this mailname;
4. In Parallels Plesk Panel 10.x, the autoresponder utility does not support the “--remove” option:
# /usr/local/psa/bin/autoresponder --remove mail@domain.tld
Unknown command: --remove

It is possible to use “-status false” instead:
# /usr/local/psa/bin/autoresponder --update -mail mail@test.test -status false
SUCCESS: Update of autoresponder complete

Note: In Windows, the utility is located in the %plesk_dir%\bin folder.
