It is possible that the psa-spamassassin package has been corrupted.

Please check psa-spamassassin package integrity using your OS packet manager; for example, for RPM, it will be as follows:

# rpm -V psa-spamassassin | grep '^..5' | grep -v ' c '

If you get any output from this command, for example:

S.5....T /usr/local/psa/bin/psa-spamc

... it means that the file is corrupted, or, to be more exact, the digit "5" means that the md5 sum of this file differs from the one that is stored in the RPM database. The psa-spamassassin package should be reinstalled forcibly with the "rpm -Uvh --force PACKAGE_NAME" command. Then restart psa-spamassassin service.
