Statistics page shows the following error:

404 - Not Found The requested document was not found on this server.

Error means that Perl support is not enabled on a domain on server level.

Perl is not correctly added in IIS > Server name > ISAPI and CGI Restrictions or Perl handler is absent on domain level (IIS->Sites->domain.tld->Handler Mapping).

  1. Make sure that Perl is installed and enabled in IIS > Server name > ISAPI and CGI Restrictions. Add it with Windows appcmd command if it is absent:

    appcmd set config /section:isapiCgiRestriction /+"[path='C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Additional\Perl\bin\perl.exe %22%s%22 %s',description='Perl',allowed='True']"
  2. Enable/Reenable Perl support for domain in Plesk->Domains->domain.tld->Hosting Setup->tag Perl checkbox. Click "OK".
