Customer and Business Manager cannot be used after the upgrade to Parallels Plesk Panel 10.2. An error message referring to the license is shown.

Licensing error: You have exceeded the number of customer accounts you can have in the system. Please upgrade your license.


In previous versions of Parallels Plesk Panel, customers who had not purchased the Customer and Business Manager License could still use this feature.

In Parallels Plesk Panel 10.2 the license is now required as it should be. If you don't have the Customer and Business Manager license added, you will receive a licensing error.

Please direct the licensing request to your Curtomer Relationship Manager or Sales Representative in order to obtain CBM (former Plesk Billing) license.
