In Parallels Plesk Panel 10.1 for Ubuntu 10 statistics generated with AWStats is not full.

On the webstat page (http://YOURDOMAIN/plesk-stat/webstat/) value Unknown is shown in sessions 'Operating Systems (Top 10)' and 'Browsers (Top 10)'.
Average rounding at 'Days of Month' is incorrect, for example 73.5454545454545, 244.727272727273.

Unknown values 'Operating Systems (Top 10)' and 'Browsers (Top 10)' are caused by the way Canonical has configured AWStats in Ubuntu 10.

The rounding is caused by one of recent Ubuntu updates.

In configuration file /etc/awstats/awstats.model.conf find 'LogFormat=4' and change it to 'LogFormat=1'. Then execute the following command for each domain that use AWStats:

~# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/webstatmng --set-configs --stat-prog=awstats --domain-name=YOURDOMAIN

To fix the rounding issue apply the hotfix attached. Download the file and execute the following command:

~# patch -p0 < awstats-ubuntu10.patch
patching file /usr/lib/cgi-bin/

After that execute statistics utility for your domain:

~# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=YOURDOMAIN
