Some website in IIS has duplicates bindings. It prevents subdomain creation.

In order to fix this error, you need to find sites with duplicated bindings which prevents subdomain creation.

On subdomain creation, Parallels Plesk Panel check and modifies bindings for several websites in IIS:

- Main website for subdomain
- sqladmin(default)
- sitebuilder(default)
- webmail(default)

Check 2 points for these website:
1. Websites are started in IIS.

2. There are no duplicates for these websites in IIS.

For example, website with the name 'sqladmin(default)54567' exists IIS. Digits in the website name can be differs.
Such duplicates should be deleted.
Then configure sqladmin websites according to the Plesk settings with the following command:
"%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --reconfigure-sqladmin

In case of the existing duplicate for the webmail, delete duplicate and reconfigure webmail sites with the command:
"%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --update-webmail-binding

If duplicate exists for the 'sitebuilder(default)' site, delete it and reconfigure site with the command:
"%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --reconfigure-sitebuilder
