You had VNC installed and set up in a particular way in your VM created with non-Parallels software (e.g. VMware). You migrated the VMto Parallels Server 5 Bare Metal and see that VNC settings were not preserved during the migration.

After converting other vendors’ VMs to PSBM 5 format Parallels prohibits the VNC server set up for the VM. As a result, VNC settings are not saved.

The fix for this issue will be included into one of future releases.

You will need to edit VNC settings manually after migration.
Settings export/import feature may help you do that. Please refer to proper VNC client documentation for more information on how to use that feature in the VNC client installed in the VM.
