You installed a service (e.g., mailman) in a Container based on the Fedora 15 OS template, but the service does not start.

In Fedora 15, some services (mailman, httpd, and some others) require that their configuration files stored in the /etc/tmpfiles.d directory are processed before you can start using these services. In a Container running Fedora 15, however, the Upstart init daemon  processes the configuration files from /etc/tmpfiles.d only when you start the Container.

To use a problem service, restart the Container after you install this service.
