Create domain alias with IDN name like "äöü.tld" through subscriber's Control Panel: Websites & Domains > Advanced Operations > Domain Alias > Add Domain Alias. See Apache configuration of base domain:

~# grep -A 6 "VirtualHost" /var/www/vhosts/DOMAIN.TLD/conf/13002475920.49678300_httpd.include
ServerName "DOMAIN.TLD:80"
ServerAlias "www.DOMAIN.TLD"
UseCanonicalName Off
ServerAlias "цєцІц+ц?.tld"
ServerAlias "www.цєцІц+ц?.tld"

Where is domain's IP address.

The problem affects domain aliases only. Domains with IDN name are configured correctly.

The problem will be fixed in future update of Parallels Plesk Panel that will be released after 10.1.

Patch idn_alias.patch for Parallels Plesk Panel 10.1 is attached. Download the patch on the server and install it. You may use the following commands to install the patch:

~# cp idn_alias.patch /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/
~# cd /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/
~templates]# patch -p0 < idn_alias.patch
patching file default/domain/domainVirtualHost.php
patching file load_balancing/domain/domainVirtualHost.php

Execute the following command to regenerate Apache configuration files for all existent domains:

~templates]# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all
