When someone accesses Power Panel resource alerts via POA CCP (Hosting > Configuration & Administration > VPS > VPS Management > Login to VZPP via VPS IP address > Resource Alerts), it shows alerts for all containers hosted on the hardware node, instead of showing alerts for the particular VPS.

The issue is recognized as PVA product bug with internal ID PVA-32438

  • If the server, hosting containers, is compatible with PVA Agent 6.0, install the updates:

    ~# pva-setup --install
  • Otherwise, download the hotfix and follow these steps:

    • for Linux:

      • unpack the archive:

        ~# tar xzvf xsl.tgz -C /var/opt/pva/pp/xsl
      • reconfigure Power Panel:

        ~# pvapp reconfigure
      • restart Power Panel service

        ~# pvapp restart
    • for Windows:

      • unpack the archive into C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Parallels Virtual Automation\Power Panel\xsl\ directory
      • reconfigure Power Panel:

        "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Parallels Virtual Automation\Power Panel\bin\pp-config.exe" postInstall
      • restart Power Panel service:

net stop pvapp && net start pvapp
