When I try to create an application template for Crystal Reports XI, the Template Creation Wizard ends up with an error:

Command executed "C:\WINDOWS\permsdump.exe -getRegSec -all -mount "\reglog" "C:\WINDOWS\key.rez" "C:\WINDOWS\flushkey.lst""
The extended attributes are inconsistent.

For additional information, please see the VzTmplCr.log and vzlog.log files in the Virtuozzo logs directory (the default path to this directory is C:\vzlog\).

Right after Crystal Reports and all its service packs are installed and before clicking Next, it is necessary to change the temporary container registry hive permissions:
1. Open Registry Editor on the Hardware Node.
2. Find the hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\vzCTID\MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog\Application\
3. Make sure that there are two keys, or create them if they are missing:

e.g., for container 103:

4. Make sure that permissions (right-click the key, select Properties, Security) are set to "Everyone - Full Control."
5. Hit the Next button in the wizard.

NOTE: This procedure was verified on Parallels Containers for Windows 4.6, so it is suggested to use this version for template creation.
