The following empty error message appears when trying to add an authenticated database:

Or, it is not possible to use user accounts from this database with various errors when trying to manage permissions for user accounts stored in the external LDAP  database:

The following users have not been found in the authentication database: USERNAME


Most likely, the LDAP server is not supported. Currently, Parallels Virtual Automation supports only these LDAP implementations:
  • Microsoft ADAM
  • Fedora Directory Server
These LDAP implementations are NOT yet supported:
  • Sun Directory Server
  • Red Hat Directory Server
  • Other LDAP implementations
