Some performance decreasing is possible after installing the Kaspersky Antivirus 8 on a server with Parallels Plesk Panel 10.x
Symptoms include a decrease in the mail subsystem performance if the Kaspersky Antivirus 8 is used. The issue can also be identified
by the presence of two KAV mail handlers for one mail name, when antivirus checking is switched on.


As a possible solution, you can enable/disable Kaspersky Antivirus 8. This can be performed by one of the following methods below:

1. With Plesk GUI -
Home>Settings>Server-wide mail settings>Antivirus settings
2. Through CLI with commands:
# /usr/local/psa/bin/mailserver --set-virusfilter none
# /usr/local/psa/bin/mailserver --set-virusfilter kav

3. By running the attached script
