1. What's Included in This Update
Updated packages for Parallels Virtuozzo Containers 4.6 provide the following 
user-level tool fixes:
 - managing Containers using the 'vzctl' utility
 - managing EZ templates using the 'vzpkg' utility
2. Problem Description
The new packages introduce the following feature:
- The ability to create and manage Containers based on the Debian 6.0 EZ
The updated packages also includes fixes for the following issues:
- Caching the Ubuntu 10.04 OS template may fail.
- Under certain conditions, the process of upgrading OpenVZ to Parallels
  Virtuozzo Containers may take a considerable amount of time.
- Network interfaces may change their names after migrating Containers to
  virtual machines.
- The `vzlist` utility may show incorrect "load average" values for Containers.
- The `vzctl --ipdel_all --ipadd` command drops network changes made in
  Containers for preserved IP addresses.
- Sometimes, the CPU limit value set for a Container in MHz may be incorrect.
All Parallels Containers 4.6 users are advised to update their tools packages.
3. Affected Components
 - 'vzctl' is the primary tool for managing Containers. This tool is used
   to create new Containers, start and stop them, configure their parameters,
   and so on.
 - 'vztt' is a set of tools used to manage EZ templates.
 - 'vzctcalc' is a tool for calculating the disk and memory usage of Containers.
 - 'libvznbdmig' is a set of routines that implement the migration of Containers
   to virtual machines.
 - 'vzpkgenv*' is the minimal environment for executing the Parallels version
   of the yum package.
4. Bug Fixes
 #PCLIN-28905: `vzpkg create cache ubuntu-10.04-x86_64` failed with the error
               "Dynamic MMap ran out of room".
 #PCLIN-28427: 'vzpkg link <ct_id>' takes much time if an OS template has many
               Plesk templates.
 #PCLIN-28956: eth0 is renamed to eth1 in dmesg after migrating a Container to
               a virtual machine.
 #PCLIN-28802: `vzlist` shows incorrect load averages in Containers.
 #PCLIN-28940: `vzctl --ipdel_all --ipadd` drops routes (defined in route-venet0)
            related to IP addresses listed in "--ipadd".
 #PCLIN-28931: CPU limit is set incorrectly.
 #PCLIN-28936: CPU limit is set incorrectly on servers with two CPUs.
5. Obtaining Update
 You can download and install this tools update using the 'vzup2date' utility
 included in the Parallels Virtuozzo Containers 4.6 distribution.
6. Installing Update
 Use the 'vzup2date' command to install the new Parallels Virtuozzo Containers
 tools packages.
 The update does not require Parallels Virtuozzo Containers restart or system
