RU-CENTER offers registration in 3rd-level domain zones. However, such zones are not presented in the Customer & Business Manager. When I create a 3rd-level domain zone, and try to associate it with the RU-CENTER plug-in, the following error occurs:

Registrar does not support TLD '<your-tld>'

Add the support for the TLDs in the registrar code, and associate the RU-CENTER with the TLDs from the GUI. You will need PHP programming skills to perform the actions described below, assuming that you need to support zone (support of all other zones can be enabled in the similar way).
First, add the support for the TLDs in te registrar code.

1. Add the TLD-registrar association to the rucenter.php file.
The default file location is as follows:

·         on Linux - /opt/plesk-billing/lib-mbapi/include/modules/registrar/rucenter.php
·         on Windows - C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\billing\htdocs\lib-mbapi\include\modules\registrar\rucenter.php

2. In the getNewOrderRequest
method, find the following lines:
    $section->service = 'domain_rrp';

2a. Add the following code before the lines you identified above:
case "":
    $section->service = 'domain_net_ru';
    $section->template = 'client_ru';
    $section->type = 'CORPORATE';
    $section->domain = $domain;

If you want to add another TLD, please use a proper service name (the names list is available at You must be logged into the RU-CENTER control panel to be able to see this page. Other variables (template, type and domain) must be left unchanged.

3. Add new zones to the private field $contractOnlyTlds:
$contractOnlyTlds = array('рф', 'ru', 'su', ‘’);

4. Add an entry for the new zone in the Whois.php file, in
the $whoisServers field.
‘’ => array (‘’, ‘No entries found’),

The default file location is as follows:

·       on Linux /opt/plesk-billing/lib-domain/include/whois/Whois.php
·       on Windows - C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\billing\htdocs\lib-domain\include\whois\Whois.php

Now that the RU-CENTER plug-in supports the new TLD, associate it with the RU-CENTER from the Customer & Business Manager GUI by following the steps below:

1.       Go to All Settings > Supported TLDs (in the Service Plans & Domains group) and create a new TLD.
2.       Click the TLD name, associate it with the RU-CENTER, and click Save.
