It is not possible to back up a container on a Parallels Virtuozzo Containers for Windows server. The backup operation fails with the following error:
C:\Documents and Settings\parallesadmin>vzbackup 1234
Starting backup operation for node 'pvcfw-server'...
* Operation with the Container CT1234 is started
* Backing up environment CT1234 locally
* #313 Plugin was not loaded
* Operation with the Container CT1234 is finished with errors: Plugin was not loaded.

Most likely, Acronis True Image is installed on the physical server. The snapapi.dll library that is installed together with Acronis True Image conflicts with the version of the same library installed with Parallels Virtuozzo Containers for Windows as the backup backend.

Find and rename all occurrences of snapapi.dll in the system folders, except for the Parallels Containers backup backend library located here:
On 32-bit servers: C:\Program Files\Parallels\Containers\bin\snapapi.dll
On 64-bit servers: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Containers\bin\snapapi.dll

It is possible to find all occurrences of incompatible libraries by means of the following command:
C:\Users\Admistrator>where /R \windows "snapapi.dll"
