There was MySQL server with databases installed before Parallels Plesk Panel installation, but after Plesk was installed MySQL server does not have previous databases.

It is recommended to install Parallels Plesk Panel on the clean server. When you install Parallels Plesk Panel 10.3 on server with MySQL server already installed, Plesk installs his own MySQL server and MySQL service is replaced from "C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.5\bin\mysqld.exe" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Databases\MySQL51\bin\mysqld.exe":

MySQL server that was installed before cannot be started because 3306 port is already used.

If your databases were already created on the old MySQL service and you need to restore it, use the following instruction:
This instructions will help you restore databases from the old server to the new one.
  1. Stop MySQL service from "services" snap-in
  2. Copy path to MySQL server and my.ini file from registry key -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Mysql\ImagePath
  3. Change this key with previous MySQL server, for example:
    "C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.5\bin\mysqld.exe" "--defaults-file=C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.5\my.ini" MySQL
  4. Start MySQL service and import all databases you need using the mysqldump utility
  5. Stop MySQL server, change path to MySQL server installed by Plesk
  6. Start the server
Then you can find your databases in MySQL server installed by Parallels Plesk Panel.
