SymptomsIntegration between Parallels Plesk Panel and the Customer and Business Manager (CBM) module is managed by the Single Sign-On (SSO) component. In some cases, the integration does not work because of an interrupted installation, an invalid hostname, or another reason. In such cases, the administrator is prompted for credentials when switching between CBM and Parallels Plesk Panel.
ResolutionThere are two ways to repair integration:
Way 1: Graphical interface1. Go to https://SERVERIP:8443/plesk-billing/admin.
2. Enter credentials for user admin.
3. Navigate to Home.
4. Click Fix Problems With Logging in to Panels.
Way 2: Command line interface1. Log in to the server shell as root.
2. Run the integration tool:
~# /usr/share/plesk-billing/integration --command=repair-all
