When you try to log out, you encounter an error message similar to the following:

"Server error (code 500): Exception with message 'Can not write to file D:\TEMP/pq4y6zjdz72gkco2agplea86w3y6rny7e3ryudel1f0t3dp' caught at top level."

The reason is that user psaadm has permissions only to write into C:\TEMP. If Microsoft Windows is installed to another drive (say, D:\), psaadm is unable to write to the temporary directory (D:\TEMP).

Open the security settings for the respective directory and allow user psaadm to write into it.
