When attempting to create a subscription, you encounter the following error:

"An error occurred during domain creation: An error occurred during changing of hosting settings: Unable to update hosting settings: system user update is failed: chrootmng failed: setup_chroot(): No chrooted shell for testuser found".

The web root directory of the subscription (/home) is on a separate partition, and Parallels Plesk Panel fails to create hardlinks between partitions on a chrooted environment.

Add the web root directory to the partition where HTTPD_VHOST_D directory is located. By default, HTTPD_VHOST_D = /var/www/vhosts.
