SymptomsMail autoresponder in Parallels Panel for Windows stops responding after some time once configured. After the mail server restart, it may resume working but will fail again after some time.
The Debug log contains the following events which are logged when a new message appears:
CauseMail autoresponder is configured to respond only to a limited number of incoming messages per day, and it is configured to store information about a limited amount of recipients. Once the limit is reached, Parallels Panel is unable to store further information and holds a response.
ResolutionTo resolve this issue, these further actions can be performed:
1. Increase the limit of the number of unique recipients registered for the autoresponder via Parallels Panel UI.
2. Purge the current list of the unique recipients registered for the autoresponder as below:
