When trying to access the Customer&Business Manager (CBM) from Plesk, you are redirected to the following link: 


The reason is an improper usage of the 'update-hostname' utility. It leads to the wrong settings adjusted in the Billing system configuration file:
The value for the secure URL protocol is like the following in this case:
$CONF["secureURLProtocol"] = "hostname:8443";
when it is supposed to be:
$CONF["secureURLProtocol"] = "https";


To solve this issue, you need to manually modify the /opt/plesk-billing/lib/lib-billing/include/config/config.php file
# sed '/^\$CONF\["secureURLProtocol"\]/s/=.*/= "https"/' /opt/plesk-billing/lib/lib-billing/include/config/config.php -i
