SymptomsKaspersky anti-virus fails to update antiviral databases fails with the error:
No valid keys were loaded
Kaspersky log /var/log/kav/5.5/kav4mailservers/aveserver.log shows that license key is expired and antiviral bases cannot be loaded.

ResolutionKaspersky anti-virus should be re-activated. Use the following instruction:
1. Delete application.dat and appinfo.dat files from the Kaspersky license directory.
2. Retrieve Kaspersky license key from the Plesk Control Panel
Server Management->Tool&Utilities->License Management->Additional License Keys, choose you KAV key and click the 'Retrieve Additional Key' button.
