Symptoms

You have created the file vhost.conf for the domain HTTPD_VHOSTS_D/domain.tld/conf/vhost.conf. You used the utility httpdmng to apply the changes.
However, the "vhost.conf" file may have been deleted or renamed. Now, when you try to run server reconfiguration, it fails with this error:

Resolution

Replace the file PRODUCT_ROOT_D/admin/plib/api-common/Httpdmng.php with the attached one, renaming the original to Httpdmng.php.orig.

This problem was fixed in Parallels Plesk Panel 10.4. Consider upgrading Parallels Plesk Panel on your server.
