Can't adjust time: A required privilege is not held by the client.

The cause is that by default "NT Authority\Local System" account is deprived from seSystemtimePrivilege privilege.

Clear DeniedPrivileges property for the container.

Check that there is only one privilege denied at the moment:

C:\> vzcfgt get CTID DeniedPrivileges

If it's so, delete it:

vzcfgt delete CTID DeniedPrivileges

If there are more that one privileges, leave all, except "SeSystemtimePrivilege":

C:\> vzcfgt get CTID DeniedPrivileges
C:\> vzcfgt set CTID DeniedPrivileges SeUndockPrivilege

Restart NTP service inside the container:

vzctl enter CTID
net stop ntp
net start ntp
