Fixed since

The problem described in this KB article has been completely fixed since Parallels Plesk Panel 11.5 (see release notes).

The PHP application is not accessible by the standard URL like (error 404) after installation on the domain. But if you go to, everything is okay.

Execute "websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost" command for the domain on which the application was installed or "websrvmng --reconfigure-all".
For example:
%plesk_bin%\websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=""
