If Control Panel provider is Apache and you set certificate chain for Control Panel site (e.g. Settings -> SSL certificates -> selecting "" and pressing "Secure Control Panel") and check it with the following link:
It is reported that root CA certificate cannot be located.


SSLCACertificateFile conf/rootchain.pem
has to be added by hand in %plesk_dir%\admin\conf\httpd.conf.
Then Plesk Control Panel service has to be restarted.
