Fixed since

The problem described in this KB article has been completely fixed since Parallels Plesk Panel 11.5 (see release notes).

Migration of domain with physical hosting to Parallels Plesk Panel 10.3.1 with Micro-Update #11 fails with an unclear error:

Object has been excluded from restore (3b2c26bc-95f7-480a-9788-9330ec7d3670_phosting)

The number of allowed Web Presence Builder sites is 0 in the License Key on the destination host:

Tools & Utilities > License Management
Sites published with Web Presence Builder 0

The problem will be fixed in a future update of Parallels Plesk Panel that will be released after version 10.4.4.

As a workaround for version 10.3.1, it's suggested that you remove the resource ''max_site_builder" from the file ${PRODUCT_ROOT_D}/admin/plib/backup/Conflicts/Detector/Resources.xml (Linux) or %plesk_dir%\admin\plib\backup\Conflicts\Detector\Resources.xml (Windows) on the destination host:

                        <object-path value="true">/phosting/@sitebuilder-site-published</object-path>
