The problem described in this article is fixed in Parallels Plesk Panel 10.4.4 MU#5.


When you try to create a domain or subdomain, you get this error message:
Parallels Panel license is invalid!: (5) Access is denied


1. Back up plesksrv.exe.
2. Stop plesksrv service (Plesk Management Service).
3. Copy fixed plesksrv.exe from the attachment.
4. Start plesksrv service.
Start PopPassD service (Plesk PopPass Service).
