While trying to start a container, the following error is displayed:
C:\Documents and Settings\poauser>vzctl start 101
Starting container ...
License limit was reached, cannot continue operation CTID 101

However, the license which is loaded on the node is not expired and is able to run more containers than it is currently running.

One possible reason for this issue is non-paged memory leakage in the Virtuozoo Management service. Perform troubleshooting according to the article 112365: "[HowTo] Nonpaged Pool monitoring" to confirm the sufficient usage (200MB or more) of the non-paged pool memory by PVC-related tags (such as Drre and Vzdh).

Consider upgrading to the latest PVC version. Multiple improvements to stop non-paged pool memory leakage have been made in each PVC release. As a temporary workaround, reboot the node.
