ResolutionOnce your order for Per Incident Support ($75.00) is received and processed, a Support Incident will be created for you automatically. Upon its creation, you will receive an email requesting a detailed description of the issue.
Note: the email will be sent to the email address that the order was placed with.
Once we have received this information, we can quickly process your request.
Normally, the order is processed and a Support Incident is opened within 1-2 hours. If you have not received an email from Support within two hours, or the issue you are requesting assistance with requires urgent attention, please call the Phone Support Hotline with your purchased Per Incident Support order number to talk to a customer service representative and expedite Support Incident creation.
