Sometimes when going to an area in Parallels Plesk Billing interface you may see blank page or the following error if display_errors is set to Off in php.ini:

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 21 bytes) in /var/www/html/ on line 1239

The exact error message may vary (the size, the path to php file).

In most cases the  problem is caused by incompatibility between php version and encoder which mostly happens for Zend Encoder and PHP 5.2.17.

1) Try to increase memory_limit to 512M or 1024M to verify that the problem is not caused by actual memory shortage.

2) Switch to IonCub-encoded fileset, it can be downloaded here.
