You use the 'Reread IP' button on the 'Tools&Settings->IP adresses' page to read a new IP in the Plesk Panel from the system.
The new IP is added to the Plesk Panel but it is not added with ports to Smartermail.
ResolutionPlease be sure that Plesk 10.4.4 MU#6 is installed.
1. Restart 'SmarterMail Service' (MailService). It will reread the system IPs in Smartermail.
2. Go to Smartermail manager: Settings->Bindings->IP Addresses. Add ports to the new IPs.
