When trying to connect server with Plesk Panel to the Customer & Business Manager, the following error appears:
Error: You already have this server registered.
and Panel cannot be added.

When CBM tries to connect the Plesk Panel, it checks its guid parameter from the psa.clients table for a user with type "admin":

*Checking "guid" on the server with the Panel to be added*
*************************** 1. row ***************************
             id: 1
           type: admin <<<<<< type - admin
           guid: 9bb830e5-acae-4afb-b8ba-cd8c89514229 <<<<<< CBM checks this parameter

1 row in set (0.00 sec)
mysql> select id,type,guid from clients\G

and if it matches the "guid" parameter from the billing.config_params table for the already registered Panel:
*Checking already registered panels on the server with CBM*
	mysql> use billing;
mysql> select * from config_params where config_param_name = 'guid'\G

*************************** 1. row ***************************
            config_param_id: 351
             config_group_id: 94
                   vendor_id: NULL
           config_param_name: guid
          config_param_value: 9bb830e5-acae-4afb-b8ba-cd8c89514229    <<<<< Here it is
config_param_group_trans_key: NULL
      config_param_trans_key: NULL
    config_param_description: NULL
     config_param_input_type: NULL
       config_param_required: NULL
          config_param_order: NULL
         config_param_locked: NULL

 ... then CBM decides that the Panel has already been registered.
This means that the virtual machine with the Plesk Server was cloned from the other virtual machine.

To work around this issue, change the guid manually in the database:
For Linux (in cases where the Panel is located on a Linux Server):
1) Log in to the server with the Plesk Panel installation that needs to be connected to CBM.
2) Enter the psa database:
# mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa
3) Find a row where the guid parameter matches the guid of an already added Panel in CBM (in our case, "9bb830e5-acae-4afb-b8ba-cd8c89514229"):
mysql> select id, type from clients where guid='9bb830e5-acae-4afb-b8ba-cd8c89514229';
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
4) Make a slight change to the guid parameter:
mysql> update clients set guid='9bb830e5-acae-4afb-b8ba-cd8c89514228' where id=1;

Windows Specific

For Windows (in cases where the Panel is located on a Windows Server):
1) Start -> Run -> cmd -> cd %plesk_bin%
2) %plesk_bin%\dbclient --direct-sql --sql="select id, type from clients where guid='9bb830e5-acae-4afb-b8ba-cd8c89514229';"
id      type
1       admin
3)   %plesk_bin%\dbclient --direct-sql --sql="update clients set guid='9bb830e5-acae-4afb-b8ba-cd8c89514228' where id=1;"
