When the server's time zone is set to GMT+X,  timestamps on Customer & Business Manager event executions and emails sent by Customer & Business Manager have the GMT+(X+1) time zone.
For example, if your server's time zone is GMT+6 (Novosibirsk), Customer & Business Manager will send emails with timestamps in GMT+7.

To display these dates and times, Business Manager uses the PHP library PECLIntl (particularly, the IntlDateFormatter class). Unfortunately, the latest official version of this library does not reflect the fact that Russia has not used Daylight Saving Time (DST) since winter 2011. This may cause errors in the time zones shown in Business Manager.

To resolve the issue, wait for the new official version of the PECLIntl library which will reflect the fact that Russia does not use DST anymore.
Otherwise, you can find an unofficial PECLIntl version with this issue fixed and an update to this version, at your own risk.
