I log in to the Parallels Plesk Panel web interface and navigate to Business Setup -> Online Stores.
When I click Go to Store next to any of the configured stores, I get the following error:

404 - Page Not Found
In the php_error log, a blank error is logged:
[16-Apr-2012 02:47:16]


The store cache is preventing the store from being opened correctly.


Clear the store cache by removing the entire contents of this directory:
64 bit OS:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\billing\store\cache\
32 bit OS:
C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\billing\store\cache\
