1. What's Included in This Update
The new packages for Parallels Virtuozzo Containers 4.6 provide user-level tool
fixes for Containers functionality.
2. Problem Description
The update fixes the following issues:
- Cannot create cache for openSUSE 11.4 x86_64 EZ template.
- Unable to assign an IPv6 address to a Debian or Ubuntu Container. 
All Parallels Containers 4.6 users are advised to update their tools packages.
3. Affected Components
 - 'vzctl' is the primary tool for managing Containers. This tool is used
   to create new Containers, start and stop them, configure their parameters,
 - 'vzpkgenv41', a minimal 'openSUSE'-like environment for executing the
    Parallels version of the yum package.
4. Obtaining Update
 You can download and install this tools update using the 'vzup2date' utility
 included in the Parallels Containers 4.6 distribution.
5. Installing Update
 Use the 'vzup2date' command to install the new Parallels Virtuozzo Containers
 tools packages.
 The update does not require Parallels Virtuozzo Containers restart or system
