After upgrading Parallels Plesk Panel, when I try to open FTP Access, SSL Certificates, or Backup Manager for subscriptions, I get a "Connection reset" error.


This may be because Tomcat was not upgraded properly. This may occur if the upgrade is canceled in the middle of the installation process.


Run autoinstaller:
%plesk_bin%\ai --console

and install Tomcat.
