A full server backup (containing all of the server settings and customers’ data) cannot be restored using the pleskrestore utility on a reseller’s level if a reseller does not have a custom plan to which at least one customer is subscribed.
Issuing a command from the example below fails with an error and the restoration process does not start.
# /usr/local/psa/bin/pleskrestore --restore /home/test/admin_info_1205160039.xml.tar -level resellers
Error: Unable to resolve all conflicts


Use the Server Administration Panel for restoring the data from the backup.
