Domain is listed as inactive in the domains list. Unable to activate the domain:

     An error occurred during domain update: Turn on domain failed

Database inconsistency

Set the "active" status for the domain in the Plesk database.

To access the Plesk database, use the following command:

# MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysql -u admin psa

Retrieve the current domain status and make sure that the query returns one row:

mysql> select name, status from domains where name='';
| name               | status |
|        |     16 |

To activate the domain, set status as follows:

mysql> update domains set status=0 where name='';

Then de-activate and activate domain anew in Domains menu
