We tried to enable auto-responder for a mail account using an API RPC request.
After sending the request Plesk GUI shows that auto-responder is on:
* Auto-reply is switched on.
But when we use following command we can see that it is actually disabled:
# /usr/local/psa/bin/mail -i test@temp.temo
Autoresponders: Disabled

It also acts as disabled during tests.

Our development team is working on this issue. It will be fixed in a future update for which a new Knowledgebase article will be created. You may subscribe for new articles on Parallels Plesk Panel Product if you wish to receive notifications about their creation.
