Switching webmail from Horde to Atmail and then back to Horde is enough to get it to work. You may do it for all domains at once by running this command on the server:

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mail_auth_view | awk '{print($2)}' | awk -F@ '{print($2)}' | awk '!x[$0]++' | while read i; do /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/webmailmng --set-default --name=atmail --vhost-name=$i ; done >/dev/null 2>&1
# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mail_auth_view | awk '{print($2)}' | awk -F@ '{print($2)}' | awk '!x[$0]++' | while read i; do /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/webmailmng --set-default --name=horde --vhost-name=$i ; done >/dev/null 2>&1

After that webmail should start working again.
