Backup is created without vhost content on a CloudLinux server. Back up log shows the error:

/bin/tar: /tmp/fileopx2Kk: No such file or directory
/bin/tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

The issue is caused by cagefs enabled on the server. This behavior has been submitted as a software issue with internal id #PPPM-302 and #PPP-8226.

This issue has been fixed in Plesk 12 version according to Plesk 12 Release Notes. Consider upgrading your Plesk to the latest version.

As a workaround you may disable cagefs for system user/users prior to making a backup and enable it afterwards.

To disable cagefs for particular user:

# cagefsctl --disable user

To disable cagefs for all users:

# cagefsctl --disable-all
