The following errors appear in Sitebuilder log when try to add or remove an image from the ImageGallery page on my site:

C:\Program Files\Sitebuilder\_logs\Applicaiton.log
2012-08-25 01:11:27,779 [11] FATAL SWsoft.SiteBuilder.Web.Modules.LoggingModule - Unknown exception thrown.
System.Web.HttpException: Request timed out.

C:\Program Files\Sitebuilder\_logs\Applicaiton.log
2012-08-25 01:51:05,994 [11] FATAL SWsoft.SiteBuilder.Web.Modules.LoggingModule - Unknown exception thrown.
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: There was an exception running the extensions specified in the config file. ---> Maximum request length exceeded.

When you upload or remove images from Sitebuilder module Image Gallery they are uploaded/removed on the publishing host directory.
So if there are many images in Image Gallery, uploading or removal takes more time and operation fails due to timeout error.

To resolve error "System.Web.HttpException: Request timed out" you should increase execution timeout in file web.config of domain DOMAIN.TLD where the site is published to. For example:

    <httpRuntime executionTimeout="3600"/>

Where "C:\Inetpub\vhosts\DOMAIN.TLD" is virtual host directory on the publishing host.

To resolve error "Maximum request length exceeded" find and increase the following variables in Sitebuilder configuration file:

C:\Program Files\Sitebuilder\Web\web.config

Where "C:\Program Files\Sitebuilder" is directory on Sitebuilder host where Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder 4.5 is installed in. It may be different in your installation.
