Note: User, password and database words should be replaced with actual values for your case.

Main database user:
§  GRANT USAGE ON *.* TO 'user'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';
§  GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON `database`.* TO 'user'@'%';

Auxiliary database user:
§  GRANT USAGE ON *.* TO 'user'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';
§  GRANT SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, CREATE, DROP, REFERENCES, INDEX, ALTER, CREATE TEMPORARY TABLES, LOCK TABLES ON `database`.* TO 'user'@'%';
