An application is installed properly inside a container, but its driver is blocked from loading. The following error appears in the system events of the container:

Failed to start driver _driver\_name_: This driver has been blocked from loading


The driver is blocked from loading inside the container by the Virtuozzo container's kernel.


To get the driver running inside the container, it is necessary to include it in the list of drivers that are compatible with Virtuozzo containers. To whitelist the driver inside containers, the following information should be sent to Odin Support:

  1. Log files from Virtuozzo container's host, using this article (note that the server is to be updated).
  2. Name and version of application that installs the driver, and the link to download it.
  3. The driver file itself.
  4. Exported Windows registry information about the driver. Below is an example of where the information can be found:
