Parallels Plesk Panel is integrated with Sitebuilder 4.5 for Windows. Customers uses Sitebuilder 4.5 for websites editing.

After the domain migration to Parallels Plesk Automation (PPA), there is no ability to change Sitebuilder user name or password neither in Sitebuilder Control Panel nor Hosting Panel in PPA.

User's password changing in Sitebuilder is locked if domain was created from Plesk Control Panel. User's password must be changed from Plesk Control Panel.
However, PPA Hosting Panel does not have functionality for changing password for the Sitebuilder 4.5 users.

To be able to change user's password from Sitebuilder CP it is necessary to unlock this possibility in Sitebuilder database. Use the following command with the SQL query:
“c:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn\OSQL.EXE" -d sitebuilder -E -Q "update dbo.AccountEntity set IsChangePasswordAllowed = 1"

Then you will be able to change password for Sitebuilder users from the Sitebuilder Control Panel.
