Contact your support representative.

Cause

The problem may occur when the InnoDB log is too large:
[root@pva ~]# ll -h /var/lib/mysql/
-rw-rw---- 1 mysql mysql 8.1G May 29 13:55 ibdata1

Resolution

Re-create VZAgentDB after removing binary log data:
NOTE: IF THERE ARE OTHER DATABASES ON THE SERVER, ALL OF THE DATA IN THESE DATABASES WILL BE LOST.
  1. Follow the instructions in KB 115268 to back up VZAgentDB up to point 2 in the "Restore" section.
  2. Create a backup as per point 2:
    tar -cvzf backup_mysql.tgz /var/lib/mysql
  3. Remove InnoDB data:
    rm /var/lib/mysql/ibdata1
    rm /var/lib/mysql/ib_logfile0
    rm /var/lib/mysql/ib_logfile1
  4. Proceed with database restoration from point 3.
